Kate is a Glaswegian writer, artist and theatre maker. She graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in Drama, and now facilitates drama workshops with people who have mental health issues. She is interested in working with communities and elevating new voices, as well as having a wee bit of a laugh whilst she’s at it.

This is a segment from a poem she wrote from the perspective of Tess, responding to the idea of what Tess thinks when she’s on her own.
